Oh wow, I didn't know about this decision matrix. It's a very handy way of going about life. I just realize that I often mix "important" and "urgent." Geez.

I also realized that I can actually "Delegate" or even "Delete." I never thought of it that way. Instead of doing everything, I should check if I can delegate or delete.
